My background in fitness, particularly my passion for running, significantly influences my personal training approach. I have developed a training strategy centered on fundamental running mechanics, which are applicable to various athletic disciplines. Running is integral to almost every sport and engages similar muscle groups. Each program I create is carefully customized to fit the individual fitness profile of my clients. The drills and activities I incorporate reflect my commitment to a well-rounded approach to training. To excel in endurance, power, speed, and agility, understanding how the body moves across different planes is crucial. I am dedicated to helping my clients unlock their full potential and achieve goals they once thought was unattainable.
